About Spinel Caviar
Founded in 2022, Spinel Caviar is a specialized Caspian caviar brand focused on the sourcing, production, quality control, and supply of premium caviar to international markets.
Alongside our dedicated fisheries in the Caspian region, we work with selected partner farms in Azerbaijan and Iran. This network is built on long-term relationships and allows us to oversee production capacities with strict quality standards.
From Source to Shipment
We believe quality begins at the source.
Our process includes reviewing sturgeon rearing conditions, harvesting protocols, laboratory testing, product documentation, vacuum sealing in brushed tins, and export clearance under CITES regulations.
Laboratory test results and sanitary certifications provided by partner facilities are strictly evaluated before any caviar leaves the Caspian basin.
Once an order is confirmed, our logistics team coordinates insulated refrigerated shipment arriving fresh within 24 to 48 hours across European destinations.
Our goal is to maintain an organized, transparent, and dependable supply chain from source to customer.

He maintains direct partnerships with fisheries and specialists across the Caspian region, overseeing harvesting, grading, packaging, and export preparation.
Faez Mahmudi
Partner, CEO & Sales Director
Faez is responsible for commercial development, customer relations, European distribution, and B2B partnerships.
Based in Düsseldorf, Germany, he manages European food import compliance and distribution logistics, ensuring fresh refrigerated fulfillment for high-end restaurants, hotels, and retail partners.
